FINALLY LAND MYSELF ON A JOB!!!
Hihi! How interesting~ To be able to work in Menara Maxis, KLCC is really 'something' for many. The majority feedbacks that i received was.. 'Cool!, Wat?!, and of course, DIGI USER WORK IN MAXIS?!!!' Haha. Credits to Miss Andrea for helping me to register under Kelly's Services (A job agency).
Ah yes.. the interview session.. haha. i personally enjoy the interview. Reason because it was a smooth one and i was able to interact with 2 bosses!! Miss Carol and Miss Kala. What surprised me was, they actually had the next few candidates to be interviewed at ONE SHOT! How they've done it, i've no idea. Hehe.

Oh ya, my job could be the 3rd lowest post in the whole company la! Nth to be proud of.. Especially the hectic travelling i have to go through. Thanked God for a neighbour of mine whose able to send me all the way to Pasar Seni LRT station where i'll take train to KLCC. Woke up as early as 6 am! (Go 'school') reached office by 7.30 am when my working hours starts at 9 and ends at 6. ==" Nevertheless, slept in office. Hehe.
Oh well, my top priority in this data entry job is to make a minimum of 3xx-4xx calls per day to maxis/ hotlink clients to update and fill up incomplete prepaid registration details. But what caught me off guard was, the supervisor and the other staffs actually 'encouraged' me to work slower and make lesser calls!!! How ironic! Hmm, sounds good right? Psst.. in short it means.. 'curi tulang'. LOL!
It seems that for the past 5 months before i joined, no one has ever made more than 150+ calls plus call backs (to engaged calls) before lunch! So so, ahh.. its weird. Hehe. Anyway, this job is fun and not stressful, particularly for me since tedious and a lil boring job is fine for me. Allow me to give u a little in depth about the calls.
The calls can be categorised into 4.
1. Amended (Successful updates)
2. Unable to contact (Operator Voice, also my favourite =)
3. Refused to provide details (You wan my I.C No for what?!)
4.Invalid Number ( Favourite No. 2!! )
Hehe.. That will be all on my job. God bless and THANK YOU LORD for this JOB!!! =P
